Every month in my daughter's Elementary School, the PTA has a hospitality group that does something for the teachers. This month we made any type of "Fall Treat".
This is a Devil's Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Pudding in the middle and covered in Buttercream Icing.
Hope they all enjoyed it!!

Hi, I chanced upon your blog and realised you did your Wilton Courses. May I know where you did it? I am keen to do it at the Wilton School itself and am sorting out my logistics, esp the hotel and transportation as I am living in Singapore.

I took the Wilton Courses at a local Arts and Crafts store (Michaels). One of those 2 hour slots for 4 weeks.
If I want to pursue the Cake Decorating business or have the extra cash and time, will try to do the Wilton School in Illinois.
But for now, still doing cakes for the kids, family and friends.
